Terms of Service for EuroPartsInc, a dba of Controlled Copy Support Systems, Inc.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Controlled Copy Support Systems, Inc., a Virginia corporation also known as CCSS Inc., doing business as EuroPartsInc (“EuroPartsInc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website europartsinc.com (the “Site”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). EuroPartsInc is a trade name (dba) of Controlled Copy Support Systems, Inc.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to submit information to us through the Site. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

  • The Site provides information, photographs, articles and documents about the VW “Zonker” prototype and the DeLorean DMC-12, along with links to third-party websites.
  • Visitors may contact us, or share information about the Zonker, through the Site’s contact form or by email.

Important: Articles, photographs, manuals and other materials that originate with third parties (including magazines, clubs and manufacturers) remain the property of their owners and are presented for historical and informational purposes, with credit where known.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Limited permission is granted to view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright notices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fairfax, Virginia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
  • If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
  • We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
